BIRTHDAY PARTY CONDITIONS

• Duration of the birthday party – 2.5 hours.
• The event starts promptly at the agreed time. Delaying the start of the event by guests does not affect its extension.
• All underage participants must have written consent from their parents to participate in the fun (attached to the invitation and also available on the website).
• After the event, you have 30 minutes to vacate the birthday area.
• Each subsequent hour of stay in the birthday zone is an additional cost of PLN 300. Extending your stay in the birthday zone is possible only after prior arrangement with the Park staff.
• Cars are strictly prohibited in the park.
• Children over 120 cm tall are not allowed to use the blue route.
• Last entries to medium routes 30 minutes before the end of the birthday party.

Due to the punctual start of the birthday party, we invite the organizers 15 minutes earlier to prepare the event.

We do not bring our own barbecues or light bonfires to the Bielany Rope Park.

The price of the birthday party includes: training of participants, equipment, use of the Bielany Rope Park routes without restrictions during the event (depending on height), instructor’s care, and a forest shelter with a table and benches for about 20 people.

Refreshments (cake, sweets, drinks) are provided by parents.

In our Rope Park there is a bistro where you can order drinks, ice cream, delicious pizza and other delicacies.

OUR PIZZAS ARE NOT FROZEN. ALL PIZZAS ARE PREPARED ON-SITE FROM FRESH PRODUCTS.

Please do not bring your own pizzas into the park.

At the clients request, we can take photos/video materials from the birthday party

Booking a Birthday Party

• Please read the above offer and select the variant that interests you.
• Then please send an e-mail (info@park-linowy-bielany.pl) with information about the selected route option, the approximate number of participants, their age and the date of the event.
• You will receive a return e-mail confirming the possibility of organizing the event on this date.
• Then we wait 3 days for an e-mail from you confirming the conditions of the event.
• The reservation will be closed with a deposit of PLN 200, either at the park’s ticket office or by bank transfer (the account number is provided by e-mail).

The reservation will be forfeited if the above-mentioned conditions are not met.

The deposit will not be refunded if the client does not cancel the event 7 days before its planned date . The park reserves the right to cancel the event due to weather conditions on the day before the event (lightning, heavy rainfall, storms). In this case, it is possible to postpone the event to another available date or refund the deposit.
